- Architect next-generation financial software ecosystems.
- Build cloud-native digital banking platforms.
- Engineer high-volume payment processing engines.
- Design scalable transaction orchestration services.
- Develop intelligent financial workflow automation.
- Create resilient distributed software architectures.
Software Development
- Develop secure backend services and APIs.
- Build reusable enterprise software components.
- Integrate Open Banking APIs and financial gateways.
- Optimize high-performance database operations.
- Develop event-driven fintech applications.
- Modernize legacy financial platforms.
Innovation & Leadership
- Mentor senior engineering teams.
- Lead software architecture reviews.
- Drive DevSecOps adoption.
- Champion engineering best practices.
- Evaluate emerging fintech technologies.
- Improve software quality through automation and observability.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- Expert knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, .NET Core, Micronaut, or Quarkus.
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform expertise.
- Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform.
- PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis.
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Apache Pulsar.
- RESTful APIs, GraphQL, OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect.
- Experience implementing secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC).
- Strong analytical, architectural, and stakeholder management capabilities.
