An internationally respected fintech enterprise is seeking a highly accomplished Director – Digital Identity & Trust Services to lead enterprise identity ecosystems that secure millions of financial interactions across digital banking and payment platforms.
This strategic leadership role focuses on developing intelligent identity frameworks, strengthening authentication technologies, and delivering trusted customer experiences through innovative security architecture.
Role Overview
You will oversee enterprise identity strategies that protect digital assets, simplify customer onboarding, reduce fraud exposure, and ensure trusted access across financial ecosystems while collaborating with technology, compliance, cybersecurity, and executive leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identity Leadership
- Develop enterprise digital identity strategies.
- Modernize authentication ecosystems.
- Enhance customer verification capabilities.
- Improve identity lifecycle management.
- Build scalable trust architectures.
Fraud Prevention
- Reduce identity-related financial crime.
- Strengthen account protection measures.
- Implement intelligent verification technologies.
- Monitor emerging digital threats.
Technology Strategy
- Evaluate advanced authentication platforms.
- Lead biometric integration initiatives.
- Improve digital onboarding experiences.
- Support secure API ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in fintech security, identity management, or financial technology.
- Strong leadership within enterprise technology environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
