A globally recognized fintech banking institution is seeking an accomplished Director to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that redefine the future of digital banking, intelligent financial services, and customer-centric innovation.
This executive leadership role is responsible for translating corporate vision into measurable business outcomes by overseeing strategic transformation programmes spanning digital banking, embedded finance, AI-enabled financial services, cloud modernization, enterprise automation, and operational excellence.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will work with senior stakeholders across Technology, Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, and Commercial Strategy to build an agile, resilient, and future-ready banking organization.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise digital banking transformation strategies.
- Lead large-scale business modernization and operational excellence programmes.
- Oversee strategic planning, governance, and enterprise portfolio management.
- Align technology investments with long-term corporate objectives.
- Sponsor high-value digital innovation initiatives across banking products.
- Establish enterprise KPIs and executive performance frameworks.
- Lead organizational change management programmes.
- Strengthen collaboration across business and technology divisions.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive committees and board members.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams.
- Represent the organization at international banking, fintech, and executive leadership forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Strategy, Finance, Technology Management, or Executive Leadership is highly desirable.
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation programmes.
