Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term cryptocurrency and digital asset business strategies.
- Lead the expansion of institutional cryptocurrency products and services.
- Oversee digital asset lifecycle management and operational governance.
- Partner with technology, cybersecurity, compliance, product, and executive leadership teams.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, tokenization models, and decentralized financial infrastructure.
- Define business roadmaps for digital wallets, institutional custody, and crypto payment solutions.
- Monitor market intelligence, competitive developments, and industry innovation.
- Strengthen enterprise governance, operational resilience, and risk management frameworks.
- Represent the organization during strategic industry engagements and executive forums.
- Build and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Blockchain Technology, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Extensive leadership experience in fintech, digital assets, blockchain, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain infrastructure, institutional trading environments, and digital finance.
