A progressive fintech organization is seeking a highly motivated Digital Banking Process Optimization Specialist to redesign and improve operational workflows across customer onboarding, digital account management, payment processing, compliance operations, and service delivery.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency through process innovation, automation, and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze banking operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design optimized business processes supporting digital financial services.
- Collaborate with technology teams on workflow automation.
- Develop operational performance metrics and reporting dashboards.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document enterprise operational standards and procedures.
- Coordinate stakeholder workshops and process reviews.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech, banking operations, business process management, or operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
