You will become a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of digital banking services, payment solutions, virtual accounts, business banking platforms, and intelligent financial management tools.
Working alongside Relationship Managers, Product Specialists, Digital Banking Advisors, Customer Experience Teams, Operations Professionals, Fraud Prevention Specialists, Compliance Officers, and Technology Support teams, you will help create seamless financial experiences that build trust, loyalty, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support across digital banking products and financial services.
- Assist customers with onboarding, account activation, and platform navigation.
- Build long-term relationships with retail, SME, and corporate clients.
- Resolve customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Promote digital banking adoption and customer self-service capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to introduce relevant banking and payment solutions.
- Escalate complex operational or technical issues to specialist teams.
- Maintain detailed client interaction records using CRM systems.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
- Participate in customer education programmes and financial literacy campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experiences.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in banking, fintech, customer success, financial services, or client support.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
