Executive Overview
An internationally respected financial technology institution is embarking on a landmark expansion across the Gulf Cooperation Council and global emerging markets. To support this strategic vision, applications are invited from accomplished fintech executives for the role of Chief FinTech Ecosystem Growth Officer.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Board, the successful candidate will architect long-term growth strategies, establish transformative alliances with financial institutions, accelerate product commercialization, and build resilient fintech ecosystems capable of supporting the next generation of digital financial services.
This appointment offers the opportunity to influence executive decisions at the highest level while shaping innovative financial platforms that deliver measurable value to consumers, enterprises, and institutional stakeholders.
Key Strategic Responsibilities
- Define enterprise-wide fintech growth and expansion strategies.
- Lead regional and international market entry initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, and technology firms.
- Oversee digital product commercialization and innovation pipelines.
- Develop AI-driven customer engagement strategies.
- Strengthen enterprise governance and operational excellence.
- Drive investment planning and portfolio expansion.
- Lead executive negotiations with institutional partners.
- Mentor senior leadership teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Represent the organization at international fintech forums and investor summits.
Executive Requirements
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of executive leadership within fintech, banking, digital finance, or enterprise technology.
- Proven success delivering international digital transformation programmes.
- Deep understanding of financial technology regulations, Open Banking ecosystems, digital payments, and enterprise innovation.
- Exceptional communication, commercial negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
