A globally recognized financial technology organization is searching for an accomplished Chief Embedded Finance Officer (CEFO) to lead the strategic expansion of embedded financial solutions across retail, enterprise, mobility, healthcare, telecommunications, and digital commerce ecosystems throughout the Gulf region.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Committee, you will drive the commercialization of next-generation financial capabilities by integrating banking services directly into digital platforms, enabling frictionless customer experiences and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
This executive role requires an innovative leader capable of combining commercial strategy, advanced technology, and enterprise partnerships to shape the future of connected financial services.
Executive Leadership Responsibilities
- Define the organization’s embedded finance strategy across regional and international markets.
- Lead the design and commercialization of API-driven financial services.
- Develop strategic partnerships with enterprises, financial institutions, and technology providers.
- Oversee digital product innovation and enterprise platform modernization.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, commercial strategy, and operations.
- Establish governance frameworks supporting scalable financial ecosystems.
- Drive AI-enabled customer engagement and transaction intelligence.
- Present strategic investment proposals to executive leadership and board committees.
- Evaluate emerging technologies influencing financial innovation.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Executive Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, payments, or enterprise technology.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, and commercial leadership capabilities.
