Executive Overview
A globally influential financial technology institution is expanding its executive leadership team and seeks an accomplished Chief Digital Wealth & Capital Markets Officer to lead the evolution of intelligent investment ecosystems throughout the GCC and international financial markets.
This prestigious leadership role combines strategic vision, enterprise innovation, commercial excellence, and technology transformation to create advanced digital wealth platforms serving institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth clients.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the successful executive will establish enterprise investment strategies, oversee digital transformation programmes, and guide the organization toward becoming one of the region’s premier financial technology innovators.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop long-term enterprise WealthTech strategy.
- Lead digital investment platform modernization.
- Build intelligent portfolio management ecosystems.
- Drive AI-assisted financial advisory initiatives.
- Oversee enterprise financial innovation programmes.
- Develop institutional partnerships with banks, investment firms, and financial institutions.
- Lead executive governance and investment technology committees.
- Expand regional and international investment services.
- Mentor senior leadership teams.
- Represent the organization during global investment conferences and financial technology summits.
Executive Requirements
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 16 years of executive leadership experience.
- Strong background within fintech, investment banking, wealth management, or capital markets.
- Proven success leading enterprise transformation.
- Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
