A globally expanding financial technology institution is seeking a transformational Chief Digital Banking Ecosystem Executive to spearhead one of the Middle East’s most ambitious financial innovation programmes.

Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer, you will influence long-term corporate strategy while leading multidisciplinary executive teams responsible for digital banking, payments innovation, financial technology investments, customer experience transformation, and sustainable commercial expansion.

- Define the enterprise digital banking vision across regional and international markets.
- Lead next-generation financial technology transformation initiatives.
- Develop long-term innovation and commercialization strategies.
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and market opportunities.
Business Expansion
- Build partnerships with banks, payment institutions, fintech innovators, and technology providers.
- Drive cross-border fintech expansion programmes.
- Identify new digital revenue channels.
- Lead high-value strategic negotiations.
Innovation Leadership
- Oversee AI-driven banking platforms and intelligent financial products.
- Modernize digital customer engagement.

- Establish executive governance frameworks.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- MBA or Executive Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 15–20 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, enterprise payments, or financial technology.
- Demonstrated success leading international digital transformation programmes.
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
