A rapidly growing fintech enterprise is recruiting an experienced Blockchain Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure supporting digital financial platforms. This strategic technical leadership role focuses on scalability, cybersecurity, interoperability, distributed ledger technologies, and cloud-native financial systems.
The successful professional will influence the architecture of mission-critical fintech platforms while collaborating with global engineering teams to deliver resilient digital financial infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design enterprise blockchain architecture.
- Lead distributed ledger implementation projects.
- Develop scalable blockchain infrastructure.
- Optimize network performance and resilience.
- Establish blockchain security standards.
- Integrate blockchain platforms with banking APIs.
- Design smart contract deployment frameworks.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevSecOps teams.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies.
- Produce enterprise architecture documentation.
- Support infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Guide engineering teams through architectural best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- At least 4 years working with blockchain technologies.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with cloud-native fintech infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and technical leadership capabilities.
