An internationally recognized fintech institution is seeking a visionary Architect – UX/UI Experience Design to shape intuitive, elegant, and customer-centric digital banking experiences across mobile applications, web platforms, payment ecosystems, wealth management solutions, and next-generation financial services.
This strategic role is ideal for an accomplished design leader who combines creativity, human-centered design, behavioral insights, and emerging technologies to create seamless financial experiences that inspire trust, engagement, and long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UX/UI vision for enterprise-scale fintech products and digital banking platforms.
- Design user journeys, interaction models, information architecture, and intuitive interface systems.
- Develop scalable design systems aligned with international accessibility and usability standards.
- Conduct customer research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to improve product adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and Cybersecurity teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Transform complex financial workflows into simple, engaging user experiences.
- Build high-fidelity prototypes, interactive wireframes, and design specifications.
- Ensure consistency across digital channels while maintaining brand excellence.
- Champion design thinking methodologies and continuous innovation.
- Mentor multidisciplinary design teams and promote a culture of creativity and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience designing fintech, banking, digital payment, or financial technology products.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure, or comparable design platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX/UI design achievements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic design capabilities.
