Role Overview
The Bitcoin Treasury & Digital Asset Operations Manager will oversee the management, safeguarding, and operational deployment of Bitcoin holdings within a structured fintech environment. This role focuses on ensuring secure custody, liquidity optimization, and transaction efficiency across digital asset portfolios.
You will operate at the intersection of financial operations, blockchain infrastructure, and risk management, ensuring that Bitcoin-related activities align with both operational objectives and regulatory expectations.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage Bitcoin treasury operations, including wallet management, transfers, and liquidity allocation
- Oversee secure custody practices, including hot and cold wallet strategies
- Monitor blockchain transactions and ensure timely confirmations and settlements
- Coordinate with internal teams on digital asset accounting, reconciliation, and reporting
- Implement risk controls related to market volatility, counterparty exposure, and operational risk
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations governing virtual assets
- Develop operational procedures for handling high-value Bitcoin transactions
- Optimize transaction fees and network efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
- 5–8 years of experience in fintech, treasury operations, or digital assets
- Strong understanding of Bitcoin network mechanics and wallet infrastructure
- Experience with financial reconciliation and reporting systems
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with multi-signature wallets and custody solutions
- Knowledge of blockchain explorers and transaction monitoring tools
- Analytical mindset with risk management capabilities
