Position Overview

The successful candidate will collaborate with software architects, DevOps engineers, database administrators, cybersecurity professionals, and product teams to build cloud-native backend platforms that deliver exceptional reliability, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure backend services and enterprise APIs.
- Build scalable microservices supporting digital banking applications.
- Develop business logic and backend workflows.
- Optimize databases for performance, availability, and scalability.
- Integrate applications with cloud services and third-party financial platforms.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms.
- Support event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging systems.
- Develop automated testing strategies for backend applications.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
- Monitor application performance and system health.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent improvements.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment automation.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to software security and coding standards.
- Continuously evaluate emerging backend technologies and engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing enterprise backend applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Go, C#, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, Express.js, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud computing platforms.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
- Excellent analytical and software engineering skills.
