Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue objectives.

- Conduct consultative sales presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to successful implementation.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM platforms.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities.
- Deliver monthly sales forecasts and business performance reports.
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Promote cross-selling and account expansion opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the engagement process.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the organization professionally within the fintech ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in enterprise sales, fintech, banking, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
