Architecture Mandate
We are seeking a senior Digital Identity Infrastructure Architect to design the identity foundations supporting secure digital financial services.
The successful candidate will architect systems for customer identity, authentication, verification, access management, consent, and secure data exchange across digital banking and fintech environments.
Key Responsibilities

Define enterprise architecture for digital identity and authentication services.

Design scalable identity platforms supporting high-volume financial applications.

Establish architectures for identity verification, authentication, authorisation, and customer access.

Develop secure API frameworks connecting identity services with fintech platforms.

Integrate identity infrastructure with customer onboarding, payment, fraud, and risk systems.

Establish standards for encryption, tokenisation, access control, and identity lifecycle management.

Design resilient identity services with high availability and disaster-recovery capabilities.

Conduct architecture reviews and technical risk assessments.
-
Evaluate emerging identity technologies and determine their applicability to financial services.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, product, risk, and compliance teams.

Develop reference architectures and technical standards.
-
Mentor engineering and architecture teams.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related discipline.

8–12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, identity technology, cybersecurity, fintech, or banking technology.

Strong knowledge of IAM, authentication protocols, APIs, cloud platforms, microservices, and distributed systems.

Experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, cryptography, and identity-management architectures.

Strong understanding of financial-services technology and security requirements.

Indicative Compensation
AED 48,000–70,000 monthly + benefits and executive allowances, depending on experience and scope.
