Position Overview
A fast-growing fintech organization is investing heavily in intelligent financial technologies and seeks an exceptional AI & Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions that power fraud detection, credit risk analysis, customer intelligence, predictive analytics, and intelligent financial automation.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact machine learning systems that directly influence financial decision-making across enterprise-scale digital platforms.
What You’ll Deliver
- Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines for financial data.
- Develop predictive models for fraud detection and credit scoring.
- Create recommendation engines for personalized financial services.
- Design NLP solutions for customer support automation.
- Deploy scalable AI services in cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to productionize AI models.
- Monitor model performance and retrain models using MLOps best practices.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, explainability, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
- Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
- Strong software engineering and algorithm design skills.
