Role Summary
The Customer Onboarding & KYC Operations Lead is responsible for managing the onboarding lifecycle of customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing onboarding efficiency within fintech platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Onboarding Efficiency
- Reduce onboarding time while maintaining compliance standards.
- Increase successful onboarding completion rates.
Compliance Accuracy
- Maintain high accuracy in KYC verification processes.
- Ensure zero tolerance for regulatory breaches.
Operational Productivity
- Improve team productivity and processing capacity.
- Reduce manual intervention through process improvements.
Customer Experience
- Enhance onboarding user experience.
- Minimize friction and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding workflows and verification processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and KYC standards.
- Monitor onboarding metrics and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with compliance and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in KYC, onboarding, or fintech operations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance processes.
