A rapidly growing fintech enterprise is seeking an experienced Vice President – FinTech Market Intelligence & Strategic Growth to lead enterprise market analysis, competitive strategy, and regional expansion initiatives across the Gulf’s evolving financial technology landscape.
You will provide executive leadership with critical business intelligence while identifying emerging opportunities, guiding investment priorities, and positioning the organization for long-term sustainable growth.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise market intelligence and strategic planning frameworks.
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis across regional and global fintech markets.
- Identify emerging technology and commercial opportunities.
- Lead strategic growth initiatives and expansion planning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on corporate investment decisions.
- Produce executive-level market reports and commercial forecasts.
- Build relationships with institutional partners and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor business performance using advanced analytical frameworks.
- Lead multidisciplinary strategy and business intelligence teams.
- Represent the organization at international fintech conferences and executive forums.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, market intelligence, fintech, management consulting, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in commercial analysis, business development, financial modelling, and executive reporting.
- Outstanding analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
