Lead Strategic Growth Across Emerging Financial Markets
An internationally ambitious fintech organization is seeking a visionary Vice President – FinTech Corporate Strategy & International Expansion to shape long-term corporate strategy, identify new market opportunities, and execute high-impact expansion initiatives across the Gulf region and selected global markets.
This executive leadership position combines strategic planning, commercial innovation, investment analysis, and executive relationship management to drive sustainable organizational growth while strengthening competitive market positioning.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise growth and international expansion strategies.
- Lead strategic market analysis and competitive intelligence initiatives.
- Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities.
- Build relationships with institutional investors and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, finance, engineering, and commercial leadership teams.
- Develop corporate investment frameworks and business cases.
- Monitor strategic performance through executive KPIs.
- Present growth strategies to executive committees and board members.
- Build high-performing strategy and corporate development teams.
- Represent the organization at international fintech and investment forums.
Professional Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Corporate Strategy, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of leadership experience within fintech, banking, corporate strategy, management consulting, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, commercial development, investment analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
