An internationally renowned financial technology organization is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Technology Officer (CFTO) to define and execute the technology strategy powering next-generation financial products across the Middle East, Europe, and emerging international markets.
This executive opportunity is tailored for an influential technology leader capable of transforming enterprise financial ecosystems through cloud-native architecture, artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, advanced cybersecurity, and large-scale digital transformation.
As a member of the Global Executive Committee, you will oversee enterprise engineering, platform modernization, innovation programmes, technology investments, and long-term digital strategy while leading multidisciplinary teams operating across multiple international locations.
Executive Leadership Responsibilities
- Define enterprise-wide financial technology strategy.
- Lead modernization of digital banking and payment platforms.
- Oversee AI, cloud computing, blockchain integration, and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Direct global software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Develop technology investment roadmaps aligned with long-term business growth.
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions and global technology providers.
- Strengthen enterprise resilience, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Present technology strategy to executive leadership, board members, and investors.
- Champion innovation across all financial technology products.
- Mentor future technology leaders while fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Executive Profile
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- MBA or Executive Leadership qualification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience within fintech, banking, or enterprise financial services.
- Proven experience leading complex global technology transformation programmes.
- Outstanding executive communication, strategic planning, and commercial leadership abilities.
