An international fintech company is recruiting a highly skilled Lead Software Quality Control Analyst to oversee quality control activities for enterprise payment platforms processing high-volume financial transactions across regional and international markets.
You will ensure every software release meets rigorous quality, security, reliability, and performance standards before deployment into production.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive software quality control plans.
- Perform functional, system, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing.
- Validate payment processing engines and API integrations.
- Coordinate release readiness and production verification.
- Analyse defects and collaborate with development teams on corrective actions.
- Monitor software quality KPIs and reporting dashboards.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release reviews.
- Conduct exploratory and risk-based testing.
- Mentor QA and QC professionals across multiple projects.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance delivery quality.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of Quality Control or Software Testing experience.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, SQL, API testing, and defect management tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience within fintech, payment technology, or enterprise financial software.
