Executive Mandate
The Strategist will define the commercial and product direction of sophisticated digital wealth and investment platforms serving increasingly technology-driven investors.
This position sits at the intersection of financial-services strategy, digital product innovation, investment technology, customer analytics and platform economics. The mandate is to identify high-value opportunities, convert market intelligence into actionable strategies and establish a differentiated roadmap for scalable digital financial services.
Strategic Responsibilities

Formulate multi-year strategies for digital wealth and investment products.

Analyze investor behavior, market opportunities, competitor positioning and emerging fintech models.

Develop strategic frameworks for automated investment experiences and digital advisory services.

Evaluate new revenue models, partnerships and platform opportunities.

Translate customer and market intelligence into product-development priorities.

Work with technology teams to align digital architecture with commercial objectives.

Develop business cases for new fintech propositions and investment technologies.

Establish KPIs covering acquisition, engagement, assets under management, retention and profitability.

Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Monitor global developments in WealthTech, AI-driven analytics and digital investment infrastructure.
Professional Requirements

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, Mathematics or a related field.

8–12 years of experience within fintech, wealth management, investment technology, banking or strategy consulting.

Strong knowledge of digital financial products and investment-platform economics.

Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic initiatives.

Excellent financial modelling, market-analysis and executive-presentation capabilities.

Ability to operate comfortably across business, technology and investment disciplines.

Compensation
Indicative package: SAR 45,000–65,000 per month, depending on seniority and experience, with executive-level benefits.
