Position Overview
A rapidly expanding fintech innovation enterprise is building one of the region’s most advanced financial intelligence divisions and seeks a Global Head of Fintech Data Science & Decision Intelligence.
You will lead teams of data scientists, machine learning engineers, quantitative analysts, and AI researchers responsible for creating intelligent decision platforms that power digital lending, payment optimization, fraud detection, customer intelligence, and financial forecasting.
This role combines executive leadership with advanced analytical expertise to shape the future of intelligent financial services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build enterprise AI and data science strategy.
- Lead predictive financial analytics initiatives.
- Develop intelligent credit risk models.
- Optimize fraud detection algorithms.
- Improve customer personalization engines.

- Deploy machine learning models into production.

Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Finance.
- Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years within fintech analytics or financial AI.
- Strong background in machine learning deployment.
- Experience managing enterprise analytics teams.
- Excellent strategic leadership capabilities.
