TECHNICAL MISSION
The Machine Learning Engineer will develop production-grade intelligent systems capable of analysing financial data, identifying behavioural patterns, improving prediction accuracy, and automating selected financial decision processes.
The role combines machine-learning engineering, data science, software development, model deployment, and financial-domain expertise.
ENGINEERING RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement machine-learning pipelines for financial datasets.

Develop predictive models for transaction and customer behaviour.

Build anomaly-detection systems for digital financial activity.

Engineer features from structured and transactional data.
-
Deploy models into production environments.
-
Monitor model performance, drift, stability, and data quality.

Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers.
-
Optimize model-serving infrastructure for low-latency applications.

Develop automated model evaluation and testing processes.

Document model architecture, assumptions, and performance.

Investigate model errors and implement continuous improvements.

Python | SQL | Machine Learning | TensorFlow / PyTorch | APIs | Cloud Infrastructure | MLOps | Data Pipelines | Statistical Modelling
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of machine-learning or advanced software-engineering experience.

Strong Python and SQL capabilities.

Experience deploying ML models into production.

Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning methodologies.

Experience with large datasets and cloud-based data environments.

Financial-services or fintech experience is highly advantageous.
