THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a visionary Strategist to help define the next chapter of financial technology across digital assets, blockchain-enabled infrastructure, programmable payments, and emerging financial platforms.
This position is designed for a commercially minded strategic thinker who understands that successful fintech innovation requires more than technological novelty. It requires a disciplined connection between market demand, financial economics, technology architecture, customer behavior, risk, and scalable execution.
You will evaluate emerging opportunities, construct strategic theses, and help transform promising technologies into practical financial solutions.
STRATEGIC MANDATE
You will:

Develop long-range strategies for digital-asset and blockchain initiatives.

Identify commercially attractive opportunities across tokenization, digital payments, financial infrastructure, and blockchain applications.

Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their practical business value.

Conduct market, competitor, customer, and technology analysis.

Build strategic business cases for new fintech ventures and products.

Assess potential partnerships with technology providers, financial institutions, fintech platforms, and infrastructure companies.

Develop market-entry and expansion strategies across GCC financial ecosystems.

Work with product and engineering leaders to translate strategic concepts into executable roadmaps.

Establish KPIs for innovation portfolios and emerging financial products.

Monitor global fintech developments and identify technologies with potential regional relevance.

Prepare executive-level investment recommendations and strategic assessments.

7+ years in fintech, banking, strategy consulting, digital assets, technology, or financial innovation.

Experience developing business cases and strategic roadmaps.
