A rapidly growing fintech innovation programme is recruiting an experienced Lead Blockchain & Fintech Developer to design secure distributed financial applications that improve payment efficiency, digital identity, smart financial contracts, and asset tokenization initiatives.
This role combines advanced software engineering with blockchain architecture, enabling the successful candidate to contribute to transformational fintech products serving enterprise and institutional clients throughout the Middle East.
Your Mission
You will lead the design and implementation of highly secure blockchain-enabled financial applications while integrating modern software engineering principles into enterprise fintech ecosystems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise blockchain solutions for financial services.
- Develop smart contract applications with strong security standards.
- Build APIs connecting blockchain networks with traditional banking systems.
- Create digital wallet infrastructures.
- Design transaction verification mechanisms.
- Develop scalable backend services supporting blockchain platforms.
- Conduct smart contract security reviews.
- Optimize blockchain network performance.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enhance infrastructure resilience.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Produce technical documentation and architectural standards.
Professional Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Strong blockchain development background.
- Experience with Solidity or Rust.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js backend development.
- Strong understanding of cryptography principles.
- Knowledge of distributed consensus mechanisms.
- Experience building secure APIs.
- Familiarity with containerized deployments.
