Position Summary
A globally connected fintech innovation hub is establishing a world-class engineering division to develop secure, scalable, and intelligent digital payment infrastructure for the future of financial services.
The organization seeks an accomplished Principal β Enterprise Blockchain Solutions & Digital Payment Architecture to lead the design of distributed financial systems, enterprise blockchain solutions, and high-performance payment platforms that support institutional clients and global transaction ecosystems.
This strategic technical leadership role combines enterprise architecture, financial engineering, distributed technologies, and cloud-native development to create innovative digital financial infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities
Architecture & Engineering
- Design enterprise blockchain platforms.
- Develop scalable digital payment architecture.
- Optimize distributed transaction systems.
- Improve platform security and resilience.
- Lead cloud-native financial infrastructure initiatives.
Innovation
- Research emerging distributed ledger technologies.
- Build enterprise API ecosystems.
- Support intelligent payment automation.
- Improve transaction performance.
- Drive continuous engineering innovation.
Leadership
- Mentor software architects and engineering teams.
- Lead enterprise technology governance.
- Collaborate with product and executive leadership.
- Present technical strategies to senior management.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of enterprise engineering experience within fintech, digital payments, or financial platforms.
- Proven expertise in designing secure, scalable financial systems.
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
