What You Will Deliver
Enterprise Platform Engineering
- Design resilient backend systems for financial applications.
- Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
- Build distributed microservices supporting real-time transaction processing.
- Integrate payment gateways, digital wallets, and banking interfaces.
- Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures.
- Optimize database performance for high-volume financial workloads.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Deploy applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Improve application observability using monitoring tools.
- Enhance platform resilience through fault-tolerant engineering.
Engineering Leadership
- Conduct architectural design reviews.
- Mentor software engineers across multiple delivery teams.
- Promote engineering best practices and secure coding standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable financial solutions.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 6+ years of backend software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Go, Kotlin, or Python.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut, or FastAPI.
- Advanced SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
- Experience building distributed enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native engineering.
- Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies.
