Your Mission
You will be responsible for designing and delivering mission-critical backend services that form the technological backbone of modern financial ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design highly scalable distributed financial applications.
- Build enterprise payment orchestration services.
- Develop secure transaction processing engines with ultra-low latency.
- Engineer cloud-native microservices using modern architectural patterns.
- Integrate digital banking APIs and embedded finance solutions.
- Develop financial ledger and reconciliation services.
- Build intelligent fraud monitoring systems powered by machine learning.
- Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
- Optimize APIs handling high-volume financial transactions.
- Lead software modernization initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish backend engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, Product, Security, and Data Engineering teams.
Technical Expertise Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 7+ years developing enterprise software solutions.
- Advanced expertise in Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Micronaut, or Quarkus.
- Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra.
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pulsar.
- RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- OAuth2, JWT, TLS encryption, Identity Management.
- CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
