Core Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test strategies.
- Validate fintech applications across multiple operating environments.
- Perform API, database, mobile, web, and integration testing.
- Develop reusable automated test scripts and regression suites.
- Identify software defects and collaborate with engineering teams for timely resolution.
- Verify system performance under high-volume financial transaction loads.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness activities.
- Produce quality documentation, testing reports, and release recommendations.
- Support production validation and post-release monitoring.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance software quality and development efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in software testing within fintech, banking, payment technology, or financial services.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks, REST APIs, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based testing environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile software development teams.
