Position Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior UX/UI Strategist to define and elevate the digital experience architecture of sophisticated fintech products serving consumers, businesses, financial institutions, and digitally enabled enterprises across the Gulf region.
This role sits at the intersection of user experience strategy, financial-product design, behavioral analytics, product architecture, and interface systems. The successful professional will transform complex financial workflows into intuitive, high-confidence digital experiences while establishing scalable design principles across mobile applications, web platforms, dashboards, payment interfaces, onboarding journeys, and financial management ecosystems.
You will work closely with product, engineering, data, compliance, cybersecurity, and commercial teams to ensure that every customer interaction is purposeful, accessible, measurable, and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities

Define end-to-end UX strategies for sophisticated fintech and digital-banking ecosystems.

Translate complex financial processes into intuitive user journeys.

Develop information architectures, user flows, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

Establish scalable design systems and reusable component frameworks.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify behavioral patterns and friction points.

Design high-conversion onboarding, authentication, payments, account-management, and financial-planning experiences.

Apply behavioral analytics and experimentation to improve engagement and retention.

Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility, performance, and implementation fidelity.

Establish UX governance standards across multiple digital products.

Champion accessibility, usability, responsive design, and human-centered product development.

Present design rationale and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Ideal Background
-
7+ years of professional UX/UI or product-design experience.
-
Strong experience within fintech, banking, payments, WealthTech, SaaS, or other complex digital platforms.

Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping/design-system workflows.

Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing, and product discovery.

Demonstrated ability to simplify highly technical or financially complex products.

Excellent stakeholder-management and communication capabilities.

Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive digital-product design.
