A leading fintech organization is seeking a strategic and highly experienced Senior Regulatory Technology (RegTech) Manager to drive enterprise-wide compliance transformation through automation, data intelligence, and advanced regulatory technology solutions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to modernize compliance operations across digital banking, payments, customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, and reporting frameworks while ensuring alignment with evolving GCC financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of enterprise RegTech solutions.

Automate compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting processes.

Enhance AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring frameworks.

Collaborate with technology teams on compliance system integrations.

Monitor regulatory developments across Gulf financial markets.

Develop compliance analytics dashboards and executive reports.

Support internal audits and regulatory examinations.

Drive continuous improvement in compliance operations.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party compliance platforms.

Mentor compliance analysts and technology specialists.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Professional compliance certification is highly desirable.

Minimum 7 years of experience in banking compliance, fintech, or RegTech.

Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, sanctions, and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
