This role is designed for a product leader who can drive the evolution of neobanking platforms, delivering seamless, fully digital financial experiences. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-centric banking products, from onboarding and account management to payments, savings, and financial insights.
Operating in a highly competitive digital banking landscape, you will balance user experience innovation, regulatory compliance, and scalable product architecture, ensuring the platform meets both customer expectations and financial system requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for digital banking services.
- Design intuitive and secure customer journeys, including onboarding, authentication, and transaction flows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, API-driven banking platforms.
- Integrate with payment systems, card networks, and third-party fintech services.
- Develop features such as real-time notifications, budgeting tools, and personalized financial insights.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs such as user growth, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy laws, and security standards.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years in product management within fintech or digital banking
- Strong understanding of neobanking models and customer experience design
- Experience with API-based product development and integrations
- Knowledge of payments, cards, and digital financial services ecosystems
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
