A fast-growing fintech enterprise is seeking a customer-focused Senior Merchant Success & Payment Enablement Consultant to help enterprise merchants optimize payment acceptance, improve transaction performance, enhance customer experiences, and maximize revenue through innovative financial technology solutions.
This role blends commercial consulting, relationship management, and payment expertise to deliver measurable business outcomes for merchants across retail, e-commerce, hospitality, logistics, healthcare, and digital marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships with enterprise merchants.
- Deliver payment optimization recommendations and implementation support.
- Analyze transaction performance and identify operational improvements.
- Coordinate merchant onboarding and payment integrations.
- Provide product demonstrations and solution advisory services.
- Monitor merchant success metrics and satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature enhancements.
- Support commercial growth initiatives and client retention strategies.
- Develop executive reports highlighting merchant performance.
- Represent the organization during industry networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech, merchant acquiring, payments, banking, or customer success.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and merchant operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise client engagements simultaneously.
