Advise, Design, and Deliver the Next Generation of Financial Technology
An internationally focused fintech institution is searching for a strategic Consultant – Enterprise Blockchain Transformation to advise business leaders on implementing blockchain-powered financial ecosystems that improve operational efficiency, transaction transparency, customer trust, and enterprise innovation.
This consulting-focused role blends technology strategy, digital transformation, blockchain architecture, and business modernization to deliver high-impact solutions across financial services.
Core Responsibilities
- Advise executive stakeholders on blockchain adoption strategies.
- Assess existing financial systems and identify blockchain transformation opportunities.
- Develop enterprise blockchain implementation roadmaps.
- Design scalable blockchain solutions supporting digital payments, digital identity, and tokenized assets.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and solution assessments.
- Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, legal, and executive leadership teams.
- Prepare business cases, transformation strategies, and executive presentations.
- Monitor global blockchain trends, emerging technologies, and financial innovation.
- Support project governance from strategy through implementation.
- Promote best practices in enterprise blockchain adoption and technology modernization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, Blockchain Technology, or a related discipline.
- Professional experience in blockchain consulting, fintech transformation, enterprise architecture, or digital banking.
- Strong understanding of distributed ledger technologies, enterprise integration, cloud platforms, digital payments, and financial ecosystems.
- Excellent business consulting, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary transformation initiatives within complex financial environments.
