Job Overview
This role is built for a fintech product leader who can drive the expansion of digital payment ecosystems across consumer and merchant segments. You will lead the development and scaling of innovative payment products, ensuring seamless user experiences while optimizing transaction flows, revenue generation, and partner integrations.
You will operate in a fast-evolving payments landscape, balancing product innovation, regulatory compliance, and large-scale adoption strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for digital payment solutions.
- Design and optimize end-to-end payment journeys, including onboarding, transaction processing, and settlement.
- Lead integration with payment gateways, acquiring institutions, and digital wallets.
- Develop features such as QR-based payments, contactless transactions, subscription billing, and merchant tools.
- Monitor and improve transaction success rates, latency, and user engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable and secure system architecture.
- Ensure compliance with payment regulations, data protection laws, and security standards.
- Build partnerships with merchants and fintech providers to expand ecosystem reach.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years in product management within fintech or payments
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, acquiring models, and transaction flows
- Experience with API-driven product development and integrations
- Understanding of real-time payment infrastructures and digital wallet ecosystems
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
