Key Duties
- Lead digital banking product strategy across customer financial journeys and banking platform experiences
- Identify growth opportunities across mobile banking, transaction services, account management, and payment products
- Build customer-first financial products with strong digital adoption and commercial scalability
- Optimize onboarding journeys, account servicing experiences, and customer engagement strategies
- Strengthen payment product offerings and digital transaction ecosystems
- Partner with engineering, compliance, legal, and operations teams to accelerate product delivery
- Use customer analytics and market intelligence to guide product decisions and innovation priorities
- Evaluate product-market fit through experimentation, pilot programs, and performance analysis
- Develop pricing strategy and portfolio optimization frameworks for digital financial products
- Support strategic partnerships and regional product scalability initiatives
- Deliver product performance reporting to executive leadership and governance stakeholders
- Build innovation frameworks for continuous digital banking improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Product Management, Financial Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital banking product management, fintech, or financial services leadership
- Strong understanding of GCC banking ecosystems and customer financial behavior
- Experience across digital payments, customer banking platforms, and financial product development
- Strong commercial mindset with proven product growth and execution capability
- Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle optimization and financial product strategy
- Ability to translate innovation into measurable commercial outcomes
