Role Overview
A forward-looking fintech initiative is seeking a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and configuration of digital banking platforms across a remote-first operational model. The role focuses on bridging technical delivery and business requirements, ensuring seamless implementation of digital financial solutions tailored to market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of digital banking platforms, including onboarding systems, transaction modules, and customer interfaces
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, compliance) to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Configure and customize fintech platforms based on business requirements and regulatory expectations
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations in a remote environment
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment validation
- Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
- Document implementation processes, system configurations, and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Systems, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech implementation, banking systems deployment, or IT project delivery
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and financial services infrastructure
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and workflow configuration
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud-based fintech platforms
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
