This organization is building adaptive financial ecosystems integrating AI-powered customer engagement analytics systems, predictive consumer transaction intelligence platforms, intelligent onboarding environments, cloud-native retail finance infrastructures, enterprise behavioral finance frameworks, embedded payment ecosystems, and scalable commerce-finance architectures supporting retail consumers, enterprise merchants, and digital commerce operations.
The role is tailored for commercially intelligent fintech professionals capable of combining customer finance modernization, predictive analytics engineering, operational scalability governance, and enterprise engagement transformation into sustainable next-generation embedded finance ecosystems.
The selected candidate will lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives involving consumer engagement infrastructures, retail payment ecosystems, operational finance visibility systems, and intelligent commerce-finance frameworks.
Strategic Role Summary
The Senior Group Director – Fintech Embedded Retail Finance & AI Consumer Engagement Ecosystems will supervise enterprise modernization involving customer finance infrastructures, embedded payment ecosystems, operational analytics systems, and enterprise transaction scalability frameworks.
This role combines fintech commercial leadership, customer finance strategy, operational modernization governance, and intelligent engagement transformation.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise retail finance modernization and embedded commerce transformation initiatives
- Develop scalable customer onboarding and financial engagement frameworks
- Build AI-powered consumer intelligence systems improving customer transaction visibility and financial optimization
- Coordinate operational finance modernization and customer lifecycle transformation programs
- Improve customer financial accessibility and operational transaction continuity ecosystems
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, operations, and product teams
- Strengthen enterprise customer ecosystems and embedded payment infrastructures
- Conduct commercial analysis identifying future digital finance expansion opportunities
- Support enterprise scalability initiatives through intelligent customer finance modernization strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future embedded retail finance ecosystems
- Supervise operational reporting and enterprise customer optimization initiatives
- Mentor multidisciplinary customer modernization and engagement teams
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 7–15 years of experience in fintech growth strategy, embedded finance modernization, customer engagement infrastructures, or enterprise financial transformation ecosystems
- Strong expertise in AI-powered customer finance optimization and retail transaction systems
- Deep understanding of predictive consumer analytics and operational finance visibility frameworks
- Experience leading enterprise operational modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud-native financial architectures and embedded transaction systems
- Exceptional leadership and strategic communication capabilities
- GCC consumer finance ecosystem exposure highly advantageous
