Role Overview
A rapidly expanding fintech ecosystem is seeking a Senior Fintech Program Manager to oversee the delivery of complex financial products across payments, lending, and digital banking platforms.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional programs that involve engineering, product, operations, and business teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech programs and projects.
- Define program scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient execution.
- Monitor progress and address challenges proactively.
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Product & Platform Delivery
- Support development of payment and lending platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features and updates.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
- Manage dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate program status to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in program management or fintech roles.
- Strong understanding of financial products and systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
