Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Fintech Innovation
- Define and execute product strategies across digital banking and fintech ecosystems
- Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through launch, optimization, and market expansion
- Identify emerging fintech opportunities involving embedded finance, intelligent payments, open banking, and AI-driven financial experiences
- Develop scalable product roadmaps aligned with enterprise growth objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term fintech innovation strategy
Digital Payments & Financial Infrastructure
- Oversee development of advanced payment solutions including digital wallets, merchant acquiring platforms, cross-border transaction systems, and API-driven banking services
- Support intelligent financial automation initiatives across enterprise fintech operations
- Design customer-centric financial experiences optimized for digital ecosystems and mobile-first environments
- Coordinate fintech infrastructure integration projects across enterprise platforms and financial service environments
Cross-Functional Product Leadership
- Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, cybersecurity, operations, fraud, AI, and customer experience teams
- Translate complex technical capabilities into commercially viable fintech products
- Manage agile product development cycles and cross-functional delivery programs
- Prioritize product enhancements based on analytics, customer feedback, and operational intelligence
- Ensure products maintain scalability, security, compliance, and operational resilience
Customer Experience & Commercial Growth
- Analyze customer behavior and transactional data to improve fintech engagement strategies
- Support product monetization and revenue optimization initiatives
- Develop product adoption frameworks improving customer retention and ecosystem growth
- Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence assessments supporting product positioning
- Drive enterprise product performance through continuous innovation and optimization
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Financial Technology, Computer Science, Product Management, Finance, or related disciplines
- 5–12 years of experience in fintech product management, digital banking, payments, SaaS platforms, or financial technology ecosystems
- Strong understanding of digital financial infrastructure and customer-centric product design
- Experience managing fintech products within high-growth technology environments
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional fintech transformation initiatives
