An internationally expanding fintech banking institution is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Fintech Full Stack Developer to help build the next generation of digital financial services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications that support millions of users across mobile, web, and API-driven banking ecosystems.
You will work alongside product managers, UX/UI designers, cybersecurity specialists, cloud engineers, data scientists, compliance professionals, and enterprise architects to deliver innovative fintech solutions that redefine the banking experience across regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale fintech applications.

Build secure and scalable backend services supporting digital banking operations.

Develop responsive front-end interfaces for web and mobile banking platforms.

Create and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Implement secure authentication, authorization, and identity management frameworks.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

Integrate third-party financial services, payment gateways, and banking APIs.

Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

Ensure compliance with financial security standards and secure coding practices.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Master’s degree is advantageous.

Minimum 7–10 years of full stack development experience within fintech, banking, financial services, or enterprise software environments.

Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native application development.
