Core Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and secure new enterprise business opportunities across digital banking and fintech ecosystems
- Develop long-term commercial growth strategies supporting regional fintech expansion
- Build strategic partnerships with banks, digital commerce platforms, payment processors, enterprise technology providers, and institutional stakeholders
- Lead enterprise negotiations involving fintech infrastructure, payment systems, and digital financial services
- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, ecosystem expansion, and strategic fintech partnerships
Market Expansion & Partnership Development
- Develop regional market penetration strategies across GCC financial ecosystems
- Identify emerging fintech trends and commercial opportunities within digital finance sectors
- Expand relationships across digital payments, open banking, embedded finance, AI-driven financial services, and blockchain-enabled ecosystems
- Structure partnership models supporting scalable fintech growth and enterprise adoption
- Collaborate with senior leadership on cross-border expansion initiatives and commercial positioning strategies
Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise decision-makers and institutional clients
- Conduct strategic presentations and fintech solution consultations for prospective partners
- Understand customer pain points and align fintech solutions with operational and commercial objectives
- Coordinate onboarding and enterprise integration processes for new clients
- Ensure long-term relationship management and customer retention performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with product, engineering, compliance, operations, and customer success teams to support enterprise growth initiatives
- Deliver market intelligence and commercial insights supporting product innovation
- Participate in fintech transformation projects and digital banking modernization programs
- Support ecosystem growth through collaborative partnership initiatives and innovation programs
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Financial Technology, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines
- 5–12 years of experience in fintech business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or digital banking growth
- Strong understanding of fintech infrastructure, payment ecosystems, and enterprise financial technology solutions
- Proven ability to generate revenue growth and build enterprise-level partnerships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic relationship management capabilities
