Core Responsibilities

Financial Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Analyze large-scale financial and transactional datasets across fintech ecosystems and digital banking operations
• Develop advanced financial models supporting revenue forecasting, operational efficiency, profitability analysis, and growth optimization
• Build executive dashboards and business intelligence frameworks for real-time financial monitoring
• Identify financial trends, performance gaps, customer behavior patterns, and operational opportunities
• Deliver actionable financial insights supporting strategic decision-making and fintech expansion initiatives

Digital Payments & Transaction Intelligence

• Monitor financial performance across digital payments, merchant ecosystems, and embedded finance platforms
• Analyze transaction flows, settlement activities, payment performance metrics, and customer financial behaviors
• Support optimization of digital payment operations through advanced financial analytics
• Develop reporting models for transaction profitability and operational scalability

Forecasting, Reporting & Financial Strategy

• Support enterprise budgeting, financial planning, and predictive forecasting activities
• Prepare detailed financial performance reports for executive leadership and operational teams
• Conduct variance analysis and profitability assessments across fintech business units
• Assist strategic finance teams with investment analysis and expansion planning
• Deliver market intelligence and competitive financial insights supporting long-term growth strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with data science, AI, operations, product, compliance, and risk teams on financial analytics initiatives
• Support intelligent automation projects involving financial reporting and predictive analytics
• Improve data governance and financial reporting accuracy across enterprise systems
• Contribute to digital finance transformation programs through advanced analytical support

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Financial Technology, Accounting, or related disciplines
• 4–10 years of experience in financial analysis, fintech analytics, business intelligence, or digital banking reporting environments
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical reporting
• Experience within fintech, digital payments, banking, or financial services ecosystems
• Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex financial data to technical and non-technical stakeholders
