- Report directly to the Executive Committee.
- Guide enterprise investment priorities.

Professional Requirements
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or Financial Technology.
- Minimum 16 years of executive leadership experience.
- Strong fintech or digital banking background.
- Demonstrated commercial success.
- Outstanding leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
