The Senior Director of Digital Payments Sales & Strategic Financial Technology Partnerships will drive the adoption of advanced payment infrastructures, real-time transaction systems, embedded finance solutions, and cross-border payment technologies across major economic sectors.

Core Sales Leadership Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle sales processes from lead generation to contract execution and implementation alignment.

- Build high-value partnerships with banks, financial institutions, telecom operators, government agencies, and large enterprises.
- Negotiate multi-layered commercial agreements involving technology integration and long-term ecosystem development.
- Establish joint innovation initiatives with strategic financial stakeholders.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify high-potential markets for digital payment expansion and fintech adoption.
- Develop structured sales pipelines supported by data-driven market intelligence.
- Execute strategies for cross-border payment expansion and regional financial connectivity.
Client Advisory & Solution Positioning
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on digital transformation and financial modernization strategies.
- Translate complex fintech capabilities into compelling commercial value propositions.
- Influence enterprise financial technology adoption roadmaps.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 10–18 years of experience in fintech sales, payment solutions sales, enterprise financial services, or B2B technology sales.
- Strong expertise in payment systems, digital banking solutions, API ecosystems, and enterprise financial platforms.
- Proven track record in managing high-value enterprise accounts and closing complex deals.
