  • Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor labour market trends and recommend innovative recruitment strategies.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition within fintech, banking, technology, or digital services.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Experience using modern applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
