Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition within fintech, banking, technology, or digital services.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Experience using modern applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
