To lead this transformation, the organization is seeking a Senior Director – Digital Banking Operations, Process Automation & Financial Workflow Intelligence.
This role is responsible for designing systems that ensure operational excellence—where processes are streamlined, decisions are data-driven, and performance is continuously optimized.
Core Responsibilities
Operational Systems & Workflow Design
- Design automated workflows for digital banking operations.
- Build systems for real-time monitoring of financial processes.
- Optimize operational efficiency across platforms.
- Reduce manual intervention through automation.
Process Automation & Intelligence
- Implement intelligent automation for routine financial tasks.
- Integrate analytics into operational decision-making.
- Enhance workflow efficiency through data insights.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track operational KPIs and system performance metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Ensure consistent service delivery across platforms.

Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain transparency and auditability of operations.
- Implement risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
- 10+ years of experience in fintech operations or banking systems.
- Strong understanding of digital financial workflows.
- Experience with automation and analytics tools.
- Proven leadership in operational environments.
